GRANT-MAKING

The Foundation engages primarily in pro-active grant making. Grants will be provided on an invitation to bid basis or through negotiated partnerships with selected organisations that have the capacity to deliver the desired outcomes and provide value for money.

We aim to respond with flexibility to the needs of identified recipients in areas where its grants can provide a meaningful contribution, make an impact, stimulate others or act as a catalyst for change. The geographical focus of activity will be the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom but not exclusively.

The Foundation is not able to consider unsolicited applications for funding.
